Counted, not estimated
Every batch is counted per kilo before packing. A bigger date is not automatically a better one, but you should know which size you are paying for, and it is the fastest way to catch a substituted shipment.

Sorted by hand
Split skins, crystallised sugar, undersized fruit and anything dried past its grade come out before the pack is sealed. Not after somebody complains.

Dated at source
Harvest year and batch code on every pack, so this season’s fruit can be told apart from last season’s stock. Dates keep well. That is exactly why old stock gets sold as new.

Published, then held to it
The grade sheet goes live with the batch. If the fruit that arrives does not match it, send it back and we refund it. The commitment is worth more than the claim.
