Every pack carries a batch code and a harvest year, and the grade sheet above is written against that specific batch. If what arrives does not match the count per kilo or the moisture we published, send it back and we will refund it.

This variety is grown in Bam, Kerman, Iran. We publish the growing region rather than just the country, because a country name tells you almost nothing about a date.

Refrigerate on arrival, at 4°C or below. Freezes well for up to a year.

At a count of 85 – 105 per kilo, a 500 g pack holds roughly half that number. Counting them once is the easiest check you can do at home.
